Vankleek Hill is really two situations. In the village, Victorian homes with short driveways bordered by hedges and porches — the woodwork and edging need care. Around it, open farmland where wind drifts snow across long farm laneways. A lane cleared in the morning can be filled again by noon if the field next door is blowing. This is where the extra pass matters most, and where a fixed-price season contract pays off.

Driveways over 100 feet, farm lanes and access to agricultural buildings. Blower or loader depending on length.
